Sending the letter by fax? Tell the Wizard to prepare a fax cover sheet. The cover sheet will be populated with the name of your contact and the cc’s. If necessary the Wizard will make a separate cover sheet for the bcc’s.

In addition, it added Mr. Bivens’ title and company name to the address. Notice the menu choice for any of Outlook’s three address fields (Business, Home, and Other). |
