The Smart Letter Wizard

Here is the Smart Letter Wizard. The form is partially filled out with your contact’s name and address. The wizard took the title Mr. from the Outlook Title field. In addition, it added Mr. Bivens’ title and company name to the address. Notice the menu choice for any of Outlook’s three address fields (Business, Home, and Other).

Use the Add button to look up the names of your cc’s and bcc’s.

Sending the letter by fax? Tell the Wizard to prepare a fax cover sheet. The cover sheet will be populated with the name of your contact and the cc’s. If necessary the Wizard will make a separate cover sheet for the bcc’s.
