In addition to searching on Last name, First name, and Company name, you can now also search on File as, Job title, Note contents, Address, E-mail address, and Phone number. You can search on any part of the new search fields (i.e. you are not limited to matching the beginning of the search item). In the case of Last name, First name, and Company name, you have the option of matching the beginning or the contents of the search item. The dropdown buttons next to each search field let you select the search function. You can also use Alt+Down to access the search function menu, or use keyboard shortcuts.
Added separate dedicated folders for letter, fax, and envelope templates. Templates added to the dedicated folder are automatically recognized by PocketKnife, making it even easier to manage your templates.
