PocketKnife will search through all your contact folders in a single pass. You control which folders are searched and the order in which they are searched. If you are connected to an Exchange server, the program will also search through public and shared folders.
The settings in the above example, will cause PocketKnife to look first in the private Contacts folder. It will skip the Dining folder. Next, it will look in the public folder New Clients. Finally, it will look through another user’s shared folder: Ray Sunshine’s contacts folder.
