Key new features in Version 1.4

Expanded tooltip support for new files. When the mouse is hovered over a new (or missing) track, the tooltip displays title, album, artist, and genre, plus additional information about the physical file.
Program optimizations

New mode for adding tracks to iTunes library: Scan for missing tracks will find music files that are not in the iTunes library, regardless of date.
Option to verify that new tracks are not already in the iTunes library.
Program optimizations

New option for fast playlist creation and dead track detection. Dramatic increase in the speed with which iTunes Toolkit creates new playlists and searches for dead tracks. As an additional benefit, when this feature is enabled, iTunes Toolkit also displays the full path where iTunes expected to find the missing file. This feature requires iTunes 7.7 or newer.
Dead track repair. In addition to faster dead track detection, iTunes Toolkit can now help you repair dead tracks, without any loss of ratings or other track-related information. This feature requires iTunes 8.1 or newer.
Option to minimize iTunes when deleting tracks speeds up the deletion process by five times or more.
