Create Playlists

iTunes Toolkit can create playlists that are difficult or not possible to make in iTunes.

From unchecked tracks

Some people use Unchecked tracks to decide which tracks will be synced with an iPod. Unfortunately, after you uncheck a track, it is not easy to find it again. iTunes Toolkit will examine all your tracks and create a new playlist containing only unchecked tracks.

By track location

Music services, such as eMusic and the Amazon MP3 store, typically download tracks into their own folder; for example My eMusic and Amazon MP3. The iTunes Toolkit playlist function offers a convenient method for creating a playlist of these tracks from their folder locations.

By album track count

One way to promote new music is to offer sample tracks from an album. Occasionally, the samples are interesting, but more frequently, they are deleteable, after one listening. Using iTunes Toolkit’s Album track count option, you can make a new playlist having a specific number of tracks.

A playlist created using iTunes Toolkit album track count playlist function can be the basis for deleting tracks.
